AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract includes two pricing dimensions. The Braze Platform dimension is your base entitlement. It covers 100K Monthly Active Users, 5M emails, 2 IP addresses, 750K US SMS, and message notifications. Pricing scales with your Monthly Active Users, the customers who actively engage with your brand. The second dimension charges overages monthly in arrears when you exceed those included entitlement amounts. So you commit to the base package upfront, then pay for any excess usage after it happens. The two dimensions work together: one sets your allowance, the other handles usage beyond it.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Monthly Active User for billing?
A Monthly Active User is a customer who actively interacts with your brand across your digital experiences. You maintain one unified profile per customer across devices and channels. You choose when to start tracking a user, so dormant profiles you store do not count toward your active-user total.
What happens if I exceed the entitlements included in the Braze Platform package?
When you use more than your included allowance of Monthly Active Users, emails, US SMS, or IP addresses, the overage dimension bills the excess. Those charges post monthly in arrears, meaning after the usage happens. Your base commitment stays fixed; only the amount above entitlement adds cost.
Which entitlement drives most of my cost — active users or message volume?
The Braze Platform base commitment sets fixed allowances for Monthly Active Users, emails, US SMS, and IP addresses. Any single category you exceed triggers overage charges independently. Cost grows fastest wherever your usage most exceeds its included amount, since each entitlement meters separately.

What I like best about Braze is how powerful and flexible it is for creating personalized customer experiences. I especially like the Canvas feature because it makes it easy to build and automate complex customer journeys across multiple channels while still giving you a lot of control over segmentation, personalization, and timing.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I find a little challenging in Braze is searching for and identifying the right users. Since I’m relatively new to one of the Braze projects, I sometimes need to use SQL to check users against different custom and system attributes and then filter them to identify the right audience. Having a more straightforward way to search and filter users across all available attributes would make this process easier and more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us manage and personalize customer engagement at scale. It makes it easier to segment users based on their attributes and behavior, create targeted campaigns and journeys, and communicate with the right audience through different channels. This benefits me by reducing manual effort in audience targeting and helping me deliver more relevant communications to users. It also gives us better visibility into campaign performance so we can understand what is working and improve our engagement strategies.

Streamlined Marketing with Impressive Data Transformation
Reviewed on Sep 05, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Braze handles data transformations; it's pretty interesting. Action-based triggers and media triggers are also helpful because they assist me in gathering data from different platforms and updating user profiles as needed. Setting up Braze was straightforward too, thanks to the dedicated engineers and training sessions, which included webinars and a learning path with certifications, making it easy to understand how to work with the data architecture and build emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Braze could really improve when it comes to personalization on a landing page. Right now, it doesn't fully support extensive scripting like it does for emails, which would be great if we could apply that level of personalization to landing pages too. Also, there's a limit to how many landing pages we can build. It would be really helpful if we could create more pages, maybe at least 50, without having to upgrade the tiers. This would allow us to utilize the platform more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps me integrate different platforms without extensive technical know-how, making email and personal interactions easier. It simplifies data transformations and action-based triggers, allowing me to collect and update user information efficiently.

A Complete Tool with Consistently Helpful AI and Powerful SQL Flexibility
Reviewed on Sep 04, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It’s a very complete tool. The AI features are consistently helpful, and I also appreciate being able to use SQL formulas to get results. The intelligence channel and the user data are both very useful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has so many features that sometimes I feel we don’t fully take advantage of everything it offers. Also, when I’m editing a workflow, it’s exhausting that I can’t delete multiple steps at once and instead have to remove them one by one. A/B testing with segments is also difficult to set up and get working the way I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us solve many of the use cases our stakeholders want to implement and tackle.

Braze helps solve the challenge of managing personalized customer communications and complex customer journeys at scale. It makes segmentation, automation, personalization, and campaign management more efficient. For me, it helps simplify campaign setup and QA, understand how different journey components work together, and improve the overall efficiency and accuracy of my work.
